The Cryptid or Cryptoterrestrial or Ultraterrestrial Hypothesis is that entities seen around or in UFOs may be living on the planet and sharing it with us.  Some may have visited many times before.   Others may have evolved along side us, undetected.  This hypothesis looks to historical records and art as evidence of interventions by non-human (or non-modern-human).
